Description of the ‘gîte 
Set in a tranquil rural setting, surrounded by a pretty garden and only 0.5 mile (800 m) from the village of Chambellay on the Mayenne river, this cottage has exposed beams and stone and tiled floors and stairs.It stands back to back to the main house and is entirely independent with fenced in private garden , private parking place and own entrance from the road.
The enclosed private garden ( about 350 m2 ) is safe for both children and animals .The whole property is about 5500m2 This is a wonderful area to relax in. ln the middle of the countryside, the owners have created a remarkable garden -classified: GÎTE au JARDIN by "Gîte de France",ie holiday cottage with a very interesting garden- which they will show you with pleasure. Guests are welcome to explore the owners’ garden, which is accessible ( apart from a small part) at all times , through a gate.

Ground floor: lounge with apparent stone-work, kitchen and dining area, downstairs ,toilet and basin,boiler-room.
First floor :
bedroom with double bed, bedroom with 2 single beds, toilet, bathroom ( bath and shower)

microwave , dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with small freezer, child’s cot, child’s high chair ( on request) , colour TV, small library
